Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

On February 20–22, 2026, global leaders will gather at the BLD Covenant House, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, to participate in the 8th BLD Inter-District Conference. The theme of the conference is “Renewed in the Spirit: Growing in Service and Mission,” inspired by the scriptural verse: “The Lord, your God, shall you worship and Him alone shall you serve” (Mt. 4:10).

We humbly request the community to pray for the success of this leaders’ conference, which is held every three years, as well as for its ongoing preparations.

Below and attached is the Community Prayer for the Success of IDC8. Please include this prayer during the intercessions in your district (Eucharistic Celebration, Corporate Worship, and Intercessory Ministry).

COMMUNITY PRAYER

For the Success of the 8th BLD Inter-District Conference 2026

February 20–22, 2026

Heavenly Father,

We praise and bless You for calling us into the Bukás Loób sa Diyos Catholic Charismatic Covenant Community. With grateful hearts, we thank You for entrusting this community to us, that we may faithfully continue Your work and proclaim the Good News to all whom You place in our care.

In humility and trust, we lift to You our earnest prayer as we prepare for and gather at the 8th BLD Inter-District Conference in February 2026. We ask that Your Holy Spirit come upon us in fullness, to guide every step of our preparation and to dwell powerfully among us throughout the conference.

Bless abundantly our conference speakers, our spiritual director, the organizing and working committees, and all our district and community leaders. Grant them wisdom, clarity of purpose, and unity of heart. Prosper all preparations and logistical needs, so that everything may unfold in good order, in peace, and according to Your divine will.

Lord, You remind us through Your Son that You alone are to be worshiped and served. As we come together to listen, reflect, discern, and learn, keep us rooted in Your truth. By the power of Your Spirit, grant us wisdom and understanding as we seek Your direction for the global BLD Community. Purify our intentions and enable us to fix our eyes on You alone as we discern the plans and pathways You have prepared for us, mindful of the abundant blessings You have already bestowed upon our Community.

Strengthen us, Lord, to live out the 2026 IDC theme: Renewed in the Spirit: Growing in Service and Mission. Renew in us a deep gratitude for our calling, and draw us together in hope, strength, and unity of heart and mind. May we pray together, support one another, and walk as Your beloved children, called to build one body and one-fold in Christ.

May Your life-giving Spirit dwell within us, sustaining us and granting us courage as we commit ourselves anew to faithful service. Let the Light of Jesus shine upon us, guarding and protecting us from sickness, harm, distractions, and all obstacles, as we carry out the mission You have entrusted to us.

All these we ask in the holy and mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we trust in Your love.
