Bukas Loob Sa Diyos Las Vegas Friday Praise and Worship

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

     Please join us in our  Praise and Worship this Friday at 5:30 pm, February 27, 2026 at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church Rectory.  

     We will start with The Rosary  @ 5:30 pm followed by Praise and Worship at 6:00 pm.

1st Sunday of Lent

February 22 2026 – Gn 2:7-9, 3:1-7/Ps 51:3-6, 12, 13/14, 17/Rom 5:12-19/Mt 4:1-11

Theme: We are renewed in God’s righteousness when we overcome temptation

through His Word and sanctifying grace.

Order: “The Lord, your God, shall you worship and him alone shall you serve.”

(Matthew 4:10)

Promise: “...through the obedience of the one man ...the many will be made

righteous.” (Rom 5:19b)

Directions:

1) Prepare your heart for Lent through prayer, fasting and acts of mercy.

2) Resist temptation by remaining faithful to God’s commandments and praying

for the guidance of the Holy Spirit to avoid occasions of sin.
